Child Safety Standards

Child Safety Commitment
Oncemore is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the Oncemore platform and are designed to help prevent abuse while complying with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Oncemore strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Any content, communication, image, video, profile, or activity that:
- Promotes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Contains or distributes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Attempts to groom or exploit minors
- Encourages sexual activity involving children
- Exploits or endangers children in any way
is strictly prohibited.
Users who engage in these activities may have their content removed immediately, their accounts permanently suspended or terminated, and, where required by applicable law, information may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
User Reporting
Oncemore provides users with in-app tools to report inappropriate content and abusive behavior.
Users can report:
- Messages
- User profiles
- Images and other shared content
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Suspected child exploitation or abuse
- Any violation of these Child Safety Standards
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken as quickly as reasonably possible.
User Blocking
Users can block other users at any time through the Oncemore application.
Blocked users cannot continue communicating with the user who blocked them, helping provide a safer experience for our community.
Content Moderation
Oncemore uses multiple safety measures to help protect users, including:
- Automated detection of prohibited or offensive language
- Community reporting tools
- Human review of reported content
- Removal of content that violates our policies
- Suspension or permanent termination of accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate our standards
We continuously improve our moderation systems to help identify and address harmful content.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Where required by applicable law, Oncemore will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations regarding reports involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), or other illegal activities involving minors.
